Sylvia graduated from Kings College London and joined McCallum Donovan Sweeney (which later became MDS Legal) in 1997, after having worked for a large commercial legal firm in London.
Sylvia practises predominantly in the areas of property and leasing, and has extensive experience acting for owners, companies and individuals in relation to property and retail and commercial leasing matters, including advising in relation to, drafting and negotiating lease documents, contracts, easements, restrictive covenants and caveats.
Sylvia also practises in other areas of property law, including strata titles matters, subdivisions, and off the plan contracts of sale.
Sylvia also has experience in probate matters, from obtaining the grant of probate to dealing with the administration of deceased estates.
